Discover activities, team games, arts and crafts that the Essex Boys and Girls Clubs will have out and about. Come along and try out your skills at the penalty shoot out and archery, get creative at the arts & crafts stall. There will be a variety of local clubs to have a chat to as well as stalls, games and a raffle.

This is a fun day for everyone and nice dogs on leads are welcome.

ALL THE GATE MONEY GOES TO THE CHARITY

The Church and Tower will be open, climb the steps to the top viewing gallery and admire the surrounding countryside and visit the exhibition rooms on the way back down. Our tea room will be open for a light lunch, tea, coffee and a slice of cake. Our gift shop is well stocked and you may like to finish the day enjoying an ice cream in the garden.

What we like about the Essex Boys and Girls Clubs:

The Essex Boys & Girls Club provide challenging activities, events and targeted youth projects. A team of experienced youth workers, outdoor instructors and sports coaches work with young people aged 11-19 to develop their character, enhance their skills, encourage good health and wellbeing, promote good citizenship and build their own bright future.

Activities include bushcraft, kayaking, wall climbing, laser tag, archery, crate stacking, boat building  and much more.

They welcome adult groups for team building activities, so have a friendly chat with them and get a group of friends or colleagues together for an adventurous day out.

ALSO, the Karmann Ghia Owners Club are bringing their beautiful cars and other classic cars are very welcome to join them.

For classic car owners there is a special deal of £15 entry per car including passengers. Entry will include access to the Tower, Church and the Boys and Girls Club activities.  Please pay by CASH at the gate.
