This is the last day of this year when we are open for General Visitors. We are following our age old tradition of offering all the Gate money today to a Charity. The British Red Cross are a charity in much demand at the moment and would love our help. Come and visit.
All today’s Gate money will go to the British Red Cross who have been a lifeline for people in crisis for over 150 years.Today, in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, that lifeline means more than ever.Thanks to the dedicated team of Red Cross Volunteers, they provide services specifically designed to help people most in need in the UK.If you or someone you care for needs support, they may be able to help.
They offer:

  • Emotional support
  • Mobility aids services
  • Refugee services
  • Help at home
  • Financial support
  • Help to find missing family

They also provide a range of free mental health resources and practical advice on how to prepare for emergencies.
