Come on your own or with friends and be taken on a Christmas Invitation to View tour full of history and stories and enjoy Mulled wine and mince Pies. Christmas trees, fires in the grate and candles lit in the Dining Room. This should put you in the mood for Christmas.
Invitation to View works with Historic Houses to give you the opportunity to come inside many private historic houses in Britain. Christmas at Layer Marney Tower is approached with much enthusiasm, and full of mulled wine and mince pies, you will be taken on a tour to put you in the Christmas mood. The hour’s tour will give you a little insight to the past and present of family life at the Tower, a place that has seen Christmas celebrations for nearly 500 years.
