The combination of large rooms, small rooms, corridors and stairways were laid down by the Marney family, and they lend themselves to a huge variety of uses. Whatever your event, the architecture, gardens and estate provide a perfect backdrop that is far removed from the low ceilinged, cramped, box like spaces that are all too often used for such occasions.

Flexibility and attention to detail are two of the reasons why large organisations such as BP, AON and Eastern Electricity have used Layer Marney Tower for presentations, product launches and conferences. The facilities have proven invaluable to more local businesses and trade organisations, who have used the venue for a wide variety of events from training and corporate fun days, to trade seminars and board meetings.

Great importance is attached to catering. Finger buffets, barbecues or banquets can be arranged. The service will be impeccable, and the ingredients of the best quality - locally sourced where possible. If you just want tea, coffee, sandwiches and light refreshments, these can be made available throughout the day. The sample menus are designed to give an idea as to the variety of food available and we would be more than happy to tailor a menu to your specific requirements.

A modern communications system means that computers may be inter-connected, the internet accessed, and emails sent and received. A lift gives access to the first and second floors of East Court, and to the Corsellis Room and Tuke's Chamber.
